Banshan™ material begins its life as 100 % high-density polyethylene, transformed through an advanced flash-spinning process into a resilient, three-dimensional web of micro-fibers. This architecture merges the best traits of paper, fabric, and film—lightweight yet remarkably strong—delivering medical pouches, protective garments, cargo covers, and envelopes that safeguard products and people alike.
What sets Banshan™ apart is its circular journey. After first use, the same material can be collected and remade into pallets, benches, and playground structures through our closed-loop recycling program—cutting waste and often lowering disposal costs for our partners.
When recycling is not feasible, Banshan™ remains inert in landfill, releasing no harmful leachates. And at end-of-life, it can be cleanly incinerated, yielding only water and carbon dioxide while delivering twice the energy of coal—turning waste into a resource rather than a burden.
